Awaiting Order Arrival
If your order arrives after you’ve already received a refund, please contact MKZmart Support: connect@mkzmart.com within 7 days. You can either return the product (we’ll provide a prepaid label) or repay the refunded amount to keep the item. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation.
Check your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email. If there’s no update for more than 10 business days, contact connect@mkzmart.com. We’ll reach out to the courier and update you promptly.
Occasionally, customs may hold packages for inspection or duties. MKZmart will assist with documentation, but customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. We’ll guide you through every step until delivery is complete.
Contact our support team to escalate your case. Depending on the issue, we can process a refund, reshipment, or store credit. Our typical dispute resolution time is 5–15 business days.

Please check your tracking details first. If there’s no movement after 10 days, email us at connect@mkzmart.com so we can contact the carrier and resolve it quickly.
You can either repay the refunded amount or return the product using a prepaid return label. Please contact our team to arrange your preferred option.
You can request to escalate your case. We’ll review it and may offer a store credit, refund, or replacement if the delay exceeds our standard processing window.
Delivery usually takes 3–9 business days within Canada and 10–30 business days for international orders. Track your shipment anytime through your MKZmart account.
We’ll work closely with the courier to help clear your package. Please note, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your region.
After sales
If customs requires payment or verification, we’ll help by providing the necessary documents. Local import fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise mentioned.
Canadian deliveries take 3–9 business days; international deliveries take up to 30 days. Tracking links are sent via email as soon as your order ships.
Please contact us if tracking hasn’t updated within 10 days. We’ll reach out to our logistics partners for a resolution or offer a refund/replacement if required.
