Due to our fulfillment window with on-demand products, our warehouse has a complex production process to produce all garments and orders. Once an order confirmation has been sent, it is then entered into our queue. Along the production line, our warehouse has multiple stations and check points set up to produce your garment. When making a change to an order this disrupts the workflow and causes delays within the production schedule. Unfortunately, this is the reason once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order
