Refund & Return Policy

At MKZmart.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to make it right.

 

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, beauty items, and perishable goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at connect@mkzmart.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • MKZmart will deduct both the original shipping cost and return shipping cost from your refund total.
  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping fee incurred by MKZmart will still be deducted from your refund.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, MKZmart.com will cover the return shipping.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Beauty and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products
  • Custom or personalized items

 

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at connect@mkzmart.com.

 

International Returns (Outside Canada)

For U.S. or Bangladesh orders, return shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
